Reservation Cancellation Policy
Until 28 February 2025: no cancellation fees will apply
From 1 March until 5 April 2025: a 50% of the total cost will be charged
From 6 April 2025: for cancellations or no-shows, no refunds will be made
Upon emailing your hotel reservation cancellation request to efi@mitos.com.gr the accommodation refund will be processed within 45 days.
There is no charge for substitution of another colleague.
Registration Cancellation Policy
Registrants who are not selected for participation will be refunded in full.
Notification of cancellation should be made in writing and sent to the conference organizers: embo2025pqc@gmail.com
Cancellation before 15 February 2025: The registration fee will be refunded minus €150 cancellation fee.
Cancellation before 15 April 2025: The registration fee will be refunded minus 30% of the original price and €150 cancellation fee.
Cancellation after 15 April 2025: A refund of the registration fee will not be possible.
